A soft massage and a little movement exercise, if it's not to painful, can help a lot. If it's still acting up, don't hesitate to consult with your doctor. Stay safe, and maybe wearing a necklace in the kitchen isn't such a far-fetched idea, if the commercial is to be trusted!

Alan @ ProClinix
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18155749788395918588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-344728100490957924.post-63671980992674093072014-04-17T06:02:49.127-05:002014-04-17T06:02:49.127-05:00I swear, you are too funny! But OUCH your ankle looks like it was so dang painful! I sprained mine last week for the first time in my life. I did the exact same thing as you. I was going on my morning run and while walking down the porch steps my 17 yo son standing on the porch asked what time it was so I looked down at my watch and that's when it happened I missed the last stair my ankle rolled, popped and I slammed knee first onto the pavement. Oh my the pain was unbearable I cried like a baby. My son flew down the steps and tried to consoled me the best he could then destroyed what was left of my dignity by scooping me up and bridal carrying me up the stairs and to the bench that's on the porch. I thought for sure I broke my ankle and wanted him to call 911 but I'm glad he didn't the next day I went to the doctor and it turns out it's a grade 2 sprain. Anyways I hope you heal up quick hun it's no fun being injured especially with kids but you can also take advantage of it! teeheeAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10532572372291241610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-344728100490957924.post-57548152197595558502014-04-16T22:02:00.094-05:002014-04-16T22:02:00.094-05:00First, I am so glad that your ankle is not broken!...First, I am so glad that your ankle is not broken!
