Our Bathing Beauty

O my goodness, couldn't you just eat her up!!  I am so in love with this precious girl!

Today, Lovey and I took a ride over to Honey and Granddaddy's house.  We were in for a treat.  Honey got a water fun sink for Sophia.  Since she is not a strong stander, we decided this would be a perfect opportunity to put on a bathing suit and plop her in the sink!!  Oh, my goodness, the fun she had today!!

I thought that this was funny (it looks like she is channeling Nick Nolte (his hair, ONLY!!)
She so has my figure!!  So curvy!!
Hope that yal are having a fun day!!

Love yal!

Baby Dedication

Gosh, I love her.
On Saturday, Sophia's Gruncle Robert, Gruncle Richard, and Aunt Booty presented the sweetest gifts for her baby dedication on Sunday morning. They gave her a pearl bracelet, a gold bangle bracelet, and a necklace with a gold cross. (FYI, trying to get jewlery on a busy bee, so not easy!!) She just ooed and awed over it, then she wanted to eat it!

This is her precious necklace. (so sad that is displayed on that filthy bib!!) She wore it on Sunday morning.

This is Gruncle Robert putting the necklace on. We had to distract her with a toy!
Sunday morning was so nice. I woke up to Lovey over the baby monitor. It was her usual morning greeting, clapping then her saying hey, hey, hey, clapping. Aron went and got her and brought her back to our bed. Then they presented me with a Mother's Day card. I am so blessed to have them both in my life. We got dressed and went to church, it was an exciting morning...it was baby dedication day at the church. We went before God and our church family and made the committment to bring Sophia up in a Christian home.

Sunday morning, Sophia and her DADA! This is her new face she is making, do not know where she picked it up, but it is so funny.

This is what was shown on the big screen.

This is our little family.

Sophia, (sil) LeAnne, and Aron (he is so handsome)

After church had lunch with the fam at Momma en nems house. It was so nice to be with everyone. Here is girlfriend catching up on her reading. Look at her arms, so rollie pollie! Just want to eat her up!

Hope that ya have a great day! Love yal,

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all of the sweet, amazing, wonderful women (family and friends) that have impacted my life in such a way that I cannot explain. Over time, I have watched you love, encourage others, be patient, lead a Christian life, be strong, be a friend, listen, care for the sick, be faithful, be honest, put yourself behind everyone else, raise children, be humble, give advice, be amazing daughters, wives, sisters, and mothers. Trust me, I have been taking notes, you all make me strive to be a strong Christian woman, be a better wife to Aron, and be the best mother to Sophia.

My Aunt Diane. What an amazing mother she was
My Aunt Lauren and Aunt Cathy. They are amazing mothers

My Betty and Judy! They are amazing mothers

LeAnne (my sister in law) she has 3 children and helped to shape my husband into the wonderful man he is today.

My momma. She is amazing

My Moss. Inspiring

My MamMaw. Love

I never thought I could be lucky enough to have something as precious as Sophia.

She is my purpose in this life.

Happy Mother's Day.

The Crawler!!

Yes, she is crawling!!! These are some of her first moves on film (excuse my loud voice in the background). We are some very proud parents!

She is chasing the dog, creeping in every room of the house, and now she is pulling up on the furniture. Little lovey is keeping us very busy!!
