Say Hello To My Great Big Nature Friends!!

Hey yal! Just wanted to introduce my beautiful Bambi friends, that will soon be hung in my living room! Woo hoo, love me some animals hanging near my fireplace and near my painted picture of a French bistro!! The only other options in the house were: Sophia's room (negative), the kitchen (I guess I could hang my pots, pans, and aprons on the antlers), in our bedroom (like I would want to wake up to one of these guys hanging over me while I sleep, YIKES!), or the living room. Well, the living room it is. Marriage is all about compromise, right?
Well, now I am going to name them.
Everyone, meet Elvin.

This is Hank. Isn't he a beaut.
Gosh, look at my sweet husband in that photo below. I just love a rugged man!
So ladies, when you are invited over for play time, talk time, or movie time, we will be hanging out where the wild things are!!
Please stay tuned, I will be posting photos of the deer in their new resting places soon!
Love yal!!

So, where will we put this sweet baby??

Well, the count is on. We are 25 weeks pregnant, that means in 15 weeks or less, Little Man will be making his BIG arrival! Soon, we will be the parents of 2, I sure do hope that we are ready for this!

Over the past week, our sweet family has been helping us move around all of the furniture in the house. Turns out, when you are going to bring in a new addition to the family, they may need a place to sleep and a place to store their belongings. For the past 6 months, I have just planned on keeping Little Man in the pack in play next to our bed. I guess that is okay for the first few months, but then what? Thus, the great furniture move of 2010!

Right now we have 3 bedrooms, 1 is being used as an office/ deer head room. This room has now been turned into a baby room. I am so excited, Momma and I now have another project!! Now the planning begins, how to decorate, theme of the room, will I paint on the walls (right now the walls are a deep beautiful gold brown color (adore it)!! I am thinking maybe a animal theme room with animals painted on the walls, just do not know. Does anyone have any ideas? How did you decorated your little boys rooms?? I am looking for ideas.

Checklist:
-theme for baby room
-mattress for baby room
-put together crib (so glad we just got a crib, thank you to our Granddaddy and Honey!!)
-put together 5 drawer chest (so glad we just got a 5 drawer chest, thank you to our Granddaddy and Honey!!, grandparents are so-----GOOD!)
-paint color???
-baby name (OMG, we have not even thought of a name yet)!!
-where am I going to put those gargantuous deer heads?? (would like to put them in the garage or a closet, but it would totally make my husband so sad)
-still need to decorate for fall, totally need to get on that.

Hopefully, I will finish this project soon, so stay tuned for photos!

I guess I better get back to watching the Razorback game, I think that the banging away on the keyboard is making the family a little restless!! Woo Pigs!!

Love yal!

What? Do I have something on my face??

O my gosh! I just love this sweet face!

FYI: Yes, spaghetti can leave a stain on high chair trays!!

(if it is left on during bath time)

O yea! Can you see the huge teeth coming in? YIKES!

She is just so proud of herself!! She is such a good eater!

Lets just say, we will not be having this meal for awhile. I forgot how messy it can be!
Yal, have a wonderful day!! I am off to Bible study.

Game Day Baby!!

True story

Saturday mornings
6:05am: Sophia wakes up
Me: "Aron, it is your turn to get up with her. Please go and get Sophia out of her bed and change her diaper."
Aron: "Snore........"
Aron: "Caryn, do you know what today is?"
Me: "Yes, Saturday."
Aron: "NOPE, IT'S GAME DAY BABY!!"

Really, this is no joke. Every Saturday since football has started.

Here at the Foresee home, we are huge supporters of the Razorbacks! Woo Pig!
We have now passed this onto our baby girl! She has yet to miss a game, and she is learning how to call the hogs! LOVE IT!!

Can you just feel her excitement! Woo Pig Sooie!!
Here she is after we told her we are going to go to see the piggies!! Total Happiness!

Here is Aron and Sophia. I wanted to take a sweet photo of them in front of the field, but Aron was not smiling nor was Sophia! They look like they are not even happy to be there.

We do love the games, but now we need some more entertainment for Sophia. Here she is reading to her Granddaddy! Here are the brothers and our sweet friend Nicole!
For some reason, I do not have any photos of Katie and Momma, but they will be in the next Game Day spread!!
We have an off week this week, but hopefully next week the Razorbacks will come back BIG for next weeks game! WOO PIG!!
Love Yal!

Sophia in Wonderland

So, as yal may know, my sweet girl turned 1 this past month, August 2nd! The theme of the birthday extravaganza was Sophia in Wonderland! Enjoy the photos!!
Some special characters were able to attend. Above is (Aunt Kitty Kat, dressed as Alice) with Annalee.

Honey dressed as the White Rabbit and Uncle Richard wore a Tweedle Dee hat!

The characters were so much fun to have sitting around the party!

We munched on hotdogs, burgers, brisket, and all of the fixings! I made cookies that said "Eat Me" and we served drinks in bottles that read "Drink Me"! The birthday cake was made out of 48 cupcakes in the shape of a 1 (as you can tell, she enjoyed it!)

What a day we had! Aron and I cannot believe that our precious girl is already 1! The year has just flown by!

Love yal!

Time For A Little Catch Up!

So, the past few months have been super busy for the Foresee family!

After our vacation, I celebrated my 31st birthday! Woo-hoo, do I feel any older? Humm...not really, but I have noticed that things are definately not as perky as they once were. Is that due to the growing number in age or the fact that I am turning into that sweet Mrs Dugger lady??Anyways, the birthday extravaganza was so fun. My SIL, LeAnne, niece and nephew paid me a visit that day. They brought over a card with Malco movie swag in tow! So excited, now I just have to get the energy to go and see a movie, any suggestions?? Then, for dinner we went to Daddy and Momma's, it was so yum! I got to enjoy one of my favs, Blend of the Bayou. It was like slap ya in the face good! OMG, totally just got chills thinking about it! I was given some sweet gifts, WM gift cards, hair gel and shampoo (Biolage) my family obviously thinks that my hair is not looking healthy and I quit putting get in it around the end of May (total laziness, and I kept forgetting to purchase it). I also got a gift certificate to a local salon (seriously, the hair is so not looking good).

Me and my husband.

I have no other photos of that night, but all of the family was in tow!

The next few days were a little crazy and kind of a blur. Still suffering from all of that morning sickness- the kind that I have all day everyday, we were also planning a 1st birthday party shindig for Lovey girl!! We just love a party, that we decided to celebrate 2 times!!

The morning of her birthday, Honey (grandmother) stopped by to give Sophia a choochoo train!! Talk about a happy girl!

Later, we went over to Honey and Granddaddy's tp play with Aunt Kitty Kat. Then there was another surprise! A Jump-o-line!!

So much fun!! Did I mention that this is coming to stay at our house, in our living room! Yes, there will be limited seating in our living room, but there will be a jump-o-line!

That evening, I cooked, and Granddaddy, Honey, Aunt Kitty, Uncle Jason, Uncle Richard, and Nicole came to celebrate the happy day! This was Sophia's fun party dress, sent to her from her Poss (aka Bucky) and Moss! It is the cutest dress eva!!

Then there was the cake!! She obviously enjoyed it!
After a bath, it was time for presents and one unexpected surprise!

Look at that grin, shoulda known she was up to something!!

There were tutus, antennas, and wings galore! This little one loves to dress up!

Thanking her Honey!

Then....

OMGosh! What is she doing??

She is a walker!!

Yes!! She took her first steps on her 1st birthday!

My baby girl!!
