A Week of SPOOKTACULAR Events!!

I hope that yal are ready for this week! Our family is celebrating Halloween BIG! We are having a week of SPOOKTACULAR events!!! Muuhahahahaha!!! Scary, huh?

The festivities will be as follows:
Sunday evening: The arrival of Bucky and Moss. They are bringing some of their own goblins and ghouls... my sweet Aunt Cathy, my Great Aunt Charlene (Bucks sister), and Dr. Curry (he is a dog). We are celebrating Moss (grandmother's birthday). It shall be a frightful night!
Monday evening: A Boo-tiful Halloween Costume contest. There will be photos (so all family members that are not attending, please tune in for the photos.
Tuesday night: Dinner will be served at the Foresee manor. We will feast on Peek-a-Boo-Stew and other finger licking good things (maybe some Halloweenies!!) The activities will be pumpkin carving, cannot wait for this!!
Wednesday night: We will chow on GRUEL and Boo-Berry and Banana Cobbler. Later we will be gathering around a camp fire (or the fire pit in my Mummy and Daddys backyard) roast marshmallows and tell ghost stories!
Thursday night: The out of town visitors will have to leave to go and haunt their towns and friends, but we will be celebrating Mummy's birthday!!! Muuhahahahahahahaha!

Sophia and I actually started the events a wee bit early, and went on a visit to a local pumpkin patch/ corn maze. This was no normal corn maze, it was in the shape of a razorback! Woo Pig! (Please note, you can only tell that it is in the shape of a razorback if you are looking at it from the air, we did not do this, but we are taking the nice man (who opened the place) word for it. My sil (LeAnne) asked us to venture out with them to see what all of the hype was about.

There was a lot to do at the corn maze. There was a hay ride that took you our to the pumpkin patch, a cow train, a small petting zoo (with goats, pigs, and a cow! O MY!), the maze, a gun that shot out corn cobs at a humungo target, and a nice shady area for me to sit.

Next time I go, I will not be dressed in long sleeves, leggings, and boots. Come on now, it is fall yal, where is the cool weather. I had let the dog out early that morning and it was like in the 40s! Then 2 p.m. comes around and I was glistening like a pig! Sheesh! I will also need my big strapping husband to come and chase Sophia, she is no longer happy with someone holding her, my sweetie pie niece was chasing her all around the place! I will also remember to pee before I go. There is just something about a porta potty that I am just not to sure of! Can I get an AMEN!!?

This photo is just funny to me. Sophia and are in the area with the animals. It stunk of poo, and we are probably both looking at the ground, thinking...what is that and get me outta here!

Happy Fall Yal!!

Woo Hoo! My Brotha Will Be Here Soon!!

Could we be any more excited? Here at la casa Foresee we are pumped up because we (I) am 26 weeks pregnant!! Ya know what that means, only 14 more weeks (assuming that Little Man will be making his appearance at 40 weeks). Sorry, that there will not be a full body shot, one in which you can view the whole bump action, but I have not taken one, and I am not sure if yal are really ready to see the growth that has formed on the abdomen!! I am obviously having a toddler (this is what it feels like, haha)!

Well, here are some of the pregnancy HIGHlights and LOWlights:

I am 26 weeks!

Size of baby: about 2 pounds (eggplant was the equivalent weight! Aww an eggplant)

Total weight gain/ loss: ha! yes, I have gained some poundage, the scale says 5 but my body looks 12ish! (please remember I was yakking for the first couple months (okay still am). Do not think I am starving little guy)

Does this guy have a name: For right now he is being called, New Baby Foresee, Little Man, Little Guy, My Baby (this is often high pitched). We have not settled on a name, my family has been thinking of names for the past few months. One that sticks out (thank you to Uncle Rich, my brotha) is Chainsaw Foresee, he really feels that it would jump out on a job application!!

What am I wearing: clothes! sweats and leggings with tunic tops

Gender: hello, boy!

Movement: He has been kicking since around wk 18, I am not moving fast at all!

What do I crave: sugar!! This baby will come out bouncing off the walls! Also love crunching the ice!

What am I missing: sleeping through the nights (I have pee-a-reea, constantly peeing), my perky boobs! (just kidding, I have not had those since college, okay high school!!), sleeping on my tummy.

What am I loving: feeling him move and people loving on the belly, Aron giving me constant back rubs!!

Any struggles: acid reflux, still have the morning sickness (Zofran and Phinergin help), contractions are still quiet frequent, I sometimes feel like he is falling out. Picking up Sophia.

Precious moment today: I pointed and rubbed on the belly, said baby and brother and Sophia came over and patted the belly and smiled!

Hope yal have a great day!

Love yal!

There is just something about laundry....

One of my favorite things to do is laundry! Shock, I know!

I just love the sweet clean smell of detergent, fabric softers, dryer sheets! Everything just smells so nice, and it makes your house smell so good!

Then I love to take it all out of the dryer (when it is still warm). Okay, honestly, then it comes out of the dryer and sits in one of the 4 laundry baskets we own until Aron goes crazy and must start folding (I just love him)!

This morning, when I went in to start a load of whites, this was the precious surprise waiting in the laundry basket!

O my, she is so funny! Don't be so grossed out, I just slept in those clothes!

She thought it was so funny to be sitting in the basket. I think she may have been trying to hide?? Not sure.

Wouldn't this make you want to do more laundry, if you had some funny person hanging out in the basket!!

Have a great day!

Say Hello To My Great Big Nature Friends!!

Hey yal! Just wanted to introduce my beautiful Bambi friends, that will soon be hung in my living room! Woo hoo, love me some animals hanging near my fireplace and near my painted picture of a French bistro!! The only other options in the house were: Sophia's room (negative), the kitchen (I guess I could hang my pots, pans, and aprons on the antlers), in our bedroom (like I would want to wake up to one of these guys hanging over me while I sleep, YIKES!), or the living room. Well, the living room it is. Marriage is all about compromise, right?
Well, now I am going to name them.
Everyone, meet Elvin.

This is Hank. Isn't he a beaut.
Gosh, look at my sweet husband in that photo below. I just love a rugged man!
So ladies, when you are invited over for play time, talk time, or movie time, we will be hanging out where the wild things are!!
Please stay tuned, I will be posting photos of the deer in their new resting places soon!
Love yal!!

So, where will we put this sweet baby??

Well, the count is on. We are 25 weeks pregnant, that means in 15 weeks or less, Little Man will be making his BIG arrival! Soon, we will be the parents of 2, I sure do hope that we are ready for this!

Over the past week, our sweet family has been helping us move around all of the furniture in the house. Turns out, when you are going to bring in a new addition to the family, they may need a place to sleep and a place to store their belongings. For the past 6 months, I have just planned on keeping Little Man in the pack in play next to our bed. I guess that is okay for the first few months, but then what? Thus, the great furniture move of 2010!

Right now we have 3 bedrooms, 1 is being used as an office/ deer head room. This room has now been turned into a baby room. I am so excited, Momma and I now have another project!! Now the planning begins, how to decorate, theme of the room, will I paint on the walls (right now the walls are a deep beautiful gold brown color (adore it)!! I am thinking maybe a animal theme room with animals painted on the walls, just do not know. Does anyone have any ideas? How did you decorated your little boys rooms?? I am looking for ideas.

Checklist:
-theme for baby room
-mattress for baby room
-put together crib (so glad we just got a crib, thank you to our Granddaddy and Honey!!)
-put together 5 drawer chest (so glad we just got a 5 drawer chest, thank you to our Granddaddy and Honey!!, grandparents are so-----GOOD!)
-paint color???
-baby name (OMG, we have not even thought of a name yet)!!
-where am I going to put those gargantuous deer heads?? (would like to put them in the garage or a closet, but it would totally make my husband so sad)
-still need to decorate for fall, totally need to get on that.

Hopefully, I will finish this project soon, so stay tuned for photos!

I guess I better get back to watching the Razorback game, I think that the banging away on the keyboard is making the family a little restless!! Woo Pigs!!

Love yal!

What? Do I have something on my face??

O my gosh! I just love this sweet face!

FYI: Yes, spaghetti can leave a stain on high chair trays!!

(if it is left on during bath time)

O yea! Can you see the huge teeth coming in? YIKES!

She is just so proud of herself!! She is such a good eater!

Lets just say, we will not be having this meal for awhile. I forgot how messy it can be!
Yal, have a wonderful day!! I am off to Bible study.
Love yal,

Game Day Baby!!

True story

Saturday mornings
6:05am: Sophia wakes up
Me: "Aron, it is your turn to get up with her. Please go and get Sophia out of her bed and change her diaper."
Aron: "Snore........"
Aron: "Caryn, do you know what today is?"
Me: "Yes, Saturday."
Aron: "NOPE, IT'S GAME DAY BABY!!"

Really, this is no joke. Every Saturday since football has started.

Here at the Foresee home, we are huge supporters of the Razorbacks! Woo Pig!
We have now passed this onto our baby girl! She has yet to miss a game, and she is learning how to call the hogs! LOVE IT!!

Can you just feel her excitement! Woo Pig Sooie!!
Here she is after we told her we are going to go to see the piggies!! Total Happiness!

Here is Aron and Sophia. I wanted to take a sweet photo of them in front of the field, but Aron was not smiling nor was Sophia! They look like they are not even happy to be there.

We do love the games, but now we need some more entertainment for Sophia. Here she is reading to her Granddaddy! Here are the brothers and our sweet friend Nicole!
For some reason, I do not have any photos of Katie and Momma, but they will be in the next Game Day spread!!
We have an off week this week, but hopefully next week the Razorbacks will come back BIG for next weeks game! WOO PIG!!
Love Yal!
